Proud to appear at Leeds wellbeing week 2026

Malmaison is a venue partner for Leeds Wellbeing Week 2026 and Nadine Hill from Glow Within is running an event there. This is an image of the Malmaison building with their logo, the Glow Within logo and the words "Proud to be running a Leeds Wellbeing Week event"

I’m incredibly proud to be speaking at Leeds Wellbeing Week this year.

This is a photo of Nadine Hill, a white woman with blonde hair wearing a black & white kimono, laughing & the Leeds Wellbeing Week logo I the top left corner. The words 'Proud to be running a Leeds Wellbeing Week event, 1-7 June 2026 www.leedswellbeingweek.uk" are at the bottom of the image

Events like this always feel special — but this one carries particular significance for me, because it marks the beginning of a new chapter.

For the past four and a half years, NadineHill.co.uk has been the home of my yoga and meditation classes, my voice and the community we’ve built together around rest, nervous system regulation and deep calm.

But behind the scenes, something has been quietly evolving.

I’ve been developing Glow Within — a premium digital haven designed to bring my signature style of deep rest and nervous system care to a wider, even global audience.

Glow Within isn’t separate from my yoga work.
It’s the refinement of it.

It’s the essence of everything I’ve trained in, healed through, and guided others through — refined into high-quality recorded journeys, immersive experiences and a more elevated way to access deep calm.

Leeds Wellbeing Week feels like the perfect place to begin sharing it. This is a soft launch — the foundations are in place and the vision is expanding. If you’ve ever experienced my classes and wished you could take that feeling home with you… this is for you.

As part of Leeds Wellbeing Week 2026, I’ll be delivering a workshop titled:

The Hidden Cost of Always Coping

In a culture that praises resilience and productivity, many of us have become experts at “coping” — often at the expense of our nervous systems.

This restorative session explores stress, nervous system overload, and why true rest can feel surprisingly unfamiliar — even uncomfortable — in an overstimulated world.

Through guided reflection, gentle embodiment practices, and deep rest techniques inspired by yoga nidra, I’ll share practical ways to reconnect with calm, clarity and inner steadiness.

Open to all. No prior experience needed.

Event Recording & Media Notice

Please note that this event will be recorded. Photography, video and audio may be captured during the session for use across my websites, social media platforms, promotional materials and future marketing (both digital and print), without time limitation.

By booking onto this free event, you acknowledge and consent that your image, voice or likeness may be included in this content.

If you would prefer not to appear in any recordings, please speak to me prior to the session and I will ensure seating arrangements accommodate this. You can contact me at any time by email.

A heartfelt thank you to Ellie MacDonald and Hello Hope for bringing Leeds Wellbeing Week 2026 to life and for welcoming me into this year’s programme. It’s an honour to be involved.
