I am participating in yoga classes, health programmes, workshops and/or other wellness body work, therapy, exercise and healing arts activities (collectively the “Activities”) offered by Nadine Hill (the “Teacher”). The activities may be offered in a physical location (studio, workplace etc) or offered online via video, webcast, podcast, apps or other digital media or platforms. All of these offerings either physical or online, shall be considered “Activities”.
I recognise that I must be in adequate physical and mental health to participate in the Activities. I understand that the Activities may require intense physical exertion and I hereby warrant that I am physically fit enough to participate and I have no medical condition that would prevent my full participation in the Activities. I recognise that the Activities may cause or aggravate a physical injury or medical condition. I understand that it is my responsibility to consult a physician before participating in the Activities and to take responsibility for my own wellbeing during the Activities. I understand that if attending in-person classes, the Teacher reserves the right to refuse my participation in any Activity on medical, fitness or any other grounds.
I agree to assume full responsibility for myself, my behaviour and the risk of any injury that may occur from participating in the Activities. I knowingly and voluntary waive any ‘claim’ that I may have against the Teacher or their employees or independent contractors from participating in the Activities even if the Claim arises from the negligence of the Teacher or their representative.
When attending in-person classes, I hereby understand that the Teacher may photograph, video or otherwise record the Activities. These recordings may be sent to other participants for them to follow as a digital yoga class. I understand that I have the right to opt out of this when I complete the New Student Form, and if I have any concerns, I will speak to Nadine Hill directly.
I acknowledge that I have carefully read this agreement and fully understand its contents. My participation in the yoga / wellness class whether in-person or digitally confirms that I voluntarily and knowingly agree to the terms and conditions stated herein.

I tend to focus on the bright side, finding the lessons in life’s knocks. Not to deny the existence of negative things or pretend that the dark isn’t there. But to extract the wisdom from the cards we’re dealt, and use what we find there to our advantage.
One of the best ways to get out of the dark in the first place is to be brave enough to sit with it. Embrace it even. You have to be the one to do it. Nobody can do it for you. But you don’t have to do it alone.
My yoga classes, meditations, events, courses and sound offerings are designed to help you create the space and the conditions so you can shift your energy. Emotions are energy in motion … literally!
Herein lies the tools to help you carve and shape your experience. It’s about consistently showing up for yourself. But if you keep chipping away, eventually you will get your masterpiece.
