Sound Baths

Immerse yourself in the soothing tones and vibrations of various sound therapy instruments as I guide you in a relaxing Sound Bath meditation.

The warm, grounding resonance of Himalayan singing bowls connect with your body, easing tension and restoring emotional equilibrium. Crystal singing bowls, with their clear, high-frequency vibrations, work to realign your energy centres and the gentle, melodic sounds of Koshi chimes guide you into a meditative state, soothing your nervous system and encouraging deep rest.

By attending a session, you can access a profound sense of peace, mental clarity, and a renewed connection to yourself. The sound vibrations working to help reduce anxiety and stress, but also helping to clear energy blockages and promote deep relaxation.

Sound Healing

If you can’t wait for a group session or are looking for something more personalised, then a 1:1 bespoke session is for you.

You will be sent a pre-session questionnaire to help identify the areas to work on then your 1 hour session will focus on providing a relaxing and grounding setting to promote self healing. Choose from a Chakra Balancing session or something more specific such as alleviating anxiety, improving sleep, increasing self love or boosting emotional wellbeing.

This private session provides a safe container for physical and emotional restoration. The sound frequencies promoting pain relief through activating the body’s natural healing process making it a gentle, non-invasive way to rebalance energy and alignment.

Yoga Nidra

This is a stillness class, not a movement class. Yoga Nidra promotes deep relaxation and meditation, shifting your brain waves from a beta state (awakened with lots of brain activity) to an alpha state (relaxed, restorative and restful).

One hour of this powerful process is said to be equivalent to 4 hours of sleep and the name Yoga Nidra is Sanskrit for ‘Yogic Sleep’. Nadine has created a Yoga Nidra offering with in her popular Cosy Club which is a 90 minute mood boosting relaxation held mainly during British Winter Time (The new season starts in October) so we can gather and experience deep relaxation.
