Happy to have covered a yoga class at @nuffieldhealthwakefield today.

I enjoyed leading them through an hour of luxurious stretches and some core strengthening. I only have one private client to teach tomorrow then I’m taking the rest of August off for a break!

It’s like my ‘end of term!’

Many years ago I worked in PR for Freemans Catalogue. Seeing this pic of me on my screen like this (in full on ‘80s catalogue pose!) reminded me of that! 😆

The pic is for a video I’m currently editing which will find its way to my YouTube channel in September.

I’ve been a blogger and content creator for more than a decade. Before Influencers, there were bloggers! But with my new yoga teaching qualification, and building up my yoga business, I’m happily combining all my passions, into one freedom based business.

I’m doing what I love, getting repeat clients, putting plans in place and I’m motivated. Sure, there’s things I want right now that aren’t with me yet, but I appreciate divine timing. I’m exactly where I need to be.

This afternoon I’m back at @mustard.wharf in Lee

This afternoon I’m back at @mustard.wharf in Leeds, delivering yoga to the lovely residents who live there.

The photo is me in Navasana, boat pose, at last month’s class! Once a month I turn up, yoga mat under my arm, to connect with everyone and lead them in a 45 minute flow.

I’m told that this evening’s event is fully booked, that’s amazing. The more, the merrier! I can’t wait to see everyone on the mat! Not long now…
