Details:
Immerse yourself in the soothing rich tones and vibrations of the Himalayan Singing Bowls as I guide you in a relaxing Sound Bath meditation.
The warm, grounding resonance of the bowls connects with your body and mind, easing tension and restoring emotional equilibrium. Find yourself winding down, and settling into a space of calm for the session as the tones guide you to an altered state of consciousness. This experience promotes parasympathetic nervous system activation which is your body’s ‘rest and digest’ response.
Sound Baths can be deeply relaxing or invigorating. Every experience is different, the attendee getting what they need from the practice each time. What’s customary however is the connection inward. This journey is guided to the point of the precipice between the external and internal worlds then the sounds take over and your adventure begins.
The vibrations and frequencies from the sounds weave over and through you, sensations you could experience include tingling, energy shifts, visions, deep relaxation, intuition and inspiration, answered questions or you could simply experience the space of BE-ing, as you sink into conscious rest.
Like with many alternative practices a major advantage of a sound bath experience is that it’s a non invasive, drug free approach to better wellbeing.

Feedback from previous sessions:
“Nadine has a real talent in guiding you into deep relaxation before she commences with the sound bowls which are just amazing. It is hard to put into words just how beneficial the whole experience is, but going to Nadine’s Sound Baths is now a part of my wellbeing routine. Ohhh & if you have any crystals then sound baths are a great time to charge them too!”
“It was wonderful. Thank you so much. See you next time.”
(From a corporate client after a Sound Bath) “Thank you so much for coming in today, everyone is raving about your session!”
