Cosy Club is Full
Cosy Club is now fully booked — as it so often is.
These evenings have grown into a much-loved ritual, with a loyal circle who return again and again for the depth of rest and quiet nourishment they offer.
If you’ve been thinking about joining us, we’d truly love to welcome you next time. There is nothing to achieve, nothing to perform — you simply arrive, lie down, and receive. Deep rest, held space, and time entirely for you.

Location: Yoga by Nadine Hill private studio.
Class is full:
This is a courtesy announcement to let you know that March’s Cosy Club is fully booked.
This was the last scheduled Cosy Club of the season as this event runs in British Wintertime only.
Cosy Club will be back in October 2026.
I’m often asked to deliver private Cosy Clubs for groups of workmates, social clubs etc. If you have a group that would like to do a private Yoga Nidra session then please contact me and we can book a date. This can take place at my studio or at your venue, within a reasonable travelling area.
To get your yoga fix in the meantime, please enjoy one of the free 10 minute stretch videos from my YouTube channel or I have some full length classes available at my website.
Feedback from previous Cosy Club events:
“It was like coming to an adult sleepover!”
“I went home and slept ‘like a baby’ that night!”
(afterwards) “It feels like I’ve had a massage, without the massage!”
“That felt like 2 minutes to me, not 90!”
What is Cosy Club?
Cosy Club is a deeply restorative evening designed to help you slow down, soften and come home to yourself.
Cosy Club has gently evolved over the years into a more immersive experience, blending guided Yoga Nidra with the live sound of Himalayan singing bowls. The intention is to support deeper rest and nervous system regulation, while keeping the familiar warmth and gentleness that Cosy Club is known for.
Each session begins with time to settle the body and mind before moving into Yoga Nidra, accompanied by the resonance of sound. The singing bowls are played during the practice to support relaxation, balance and integration, offering another layer of rest without needing to do anything at all.
During the session you are guided through a meditation that will help shift your brain waves from a beta state (awakened with lots of brain activity) to an alpha state (relaxed, restorative and restful). This powerful process is often known as yogic sleep. You will adopt a supported and comfortable reclined position through the use of props, then you are guided into conscious deep rest.
Yoga Nidra activates the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body’s regulatory functions to rest and digest which is why it is so restorative and calming. This is the opposite to ‘fight or flight’ which is triggered by encountering stress in daily life.
