People have many reasons for working out at home; limited time, preference of privacy, the ability to participate in a class that is outside your geographical area or the ability to do a class at a time to suit you. Whatever your reasons, I’m delighted that you can work out with me at a time to suit your schedule.
When you purchase this on demand class you will receive a one hour Hatha yoga flow from my digital library. If you like it and want to ensure that you receive a new class each week, then stay tuned as I have a subscription offer coming in 2025! Each yoga class is different, so you won’t get bored or find you might be working the same body parts repeatedly. This is a benefit of following a live studio class rather than a pre-recorded YouTube video. Plus you benefit from timely seasonal prompts and a progression of the postures in the classes with a specific yoga teacher. Every week the Savasana is different too (the relaxation part at the end) and I often guide the meditation using prompts relevant to the current equinox or lunar cycle so you are able to relate to the mood of the content in real time.

If you are eager to start moving before you receive the class email link, there are several short yoga videos on my YouTube channel for you to warm up with. If you have not received the email link and it has been 24 hours from the time of purchase, firstly check your spam email folder and if it is still not there then please contact me and I will sort this for you.

Price: £10 per class (GBP). For purchases from outside of the UK, simply add to basket and proceed to checkout. PayPal will automatically convert the transaction into your own local currency.
Dress code: Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. Workout leggings and vest are ideal. Use a yoga mat and have your water bottle handy

The hour long session is a classic Hatha yoga class which will concentrate on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and gaining strength and flexibility.
Suitable for beginners and yogis of all levels, this one hour class starts with an easy warm up to loosen muscles and joints then moves into traditional yoga postures which will stretch and strengthen the body. Some balances are included to focus the mind and strengthen the core before finishing with a lovely, calming relaxation. Take time out of your schedule for self care with a one hour yoga flow of mindful movement, following along with the weekly studio class.

This class is a recording via a bespoke Zoom link.
You will be able to see the instructor on the screen to follow along but the instructor will not be able to offer personalised adjustments. (This class is a recording).
However Nadine’s teaching style is very descriptive and you may find you can do the class easily from verbal cues only, using the screen as a visual back up.
Due to the digital nature of this product: All sales are final and failure to use the link you purchased will not be refunded or reissued. You have 3 days to access the recording.
