Dress code: Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. Dress warmly, layers are ideal. Bring a water bottle.

As summer heats up, The Big Chill offers you a calm, cooling escape — a 90-minute sanctuary of gentle stretches, energy rebalancing and a deeply restorative Yoga Nidra.
Whether you’re feeling frazzled or just craving a little stillness, this session is designed to soothe your nervous system, release tension and leave you feeling nourished from the inside out. It’s your space to pause, reconnect, and recharge before the busyness of the season takes hold.
What to expect:
✨ Slow, mindful movement to ease the body
✨ Subtle energy work to restore balance
✨ A long, nurturing Yoga Nidra to guide you into deep rest
What to bring:
Wear comfy clothes you can move in, dress in cozy layers and bring a water bottle. Mats and props are provided, but feel free to bring anything else that helps you feel extra snug.
