Nadine runs lunchtime ‘Flow & Go’ sessions at offices in West Yorkshire for the wellbeing and engagement of employees.
Her 45 minute classes are designed to counteract the effects of sitting at a desk and concentrate on releasing shoulder, neck and hip tension; improving posture and increasing core strength through traditional Hatha yoga asanas.
The session ends with a nice Savasana, so employees can go back to their afternoon tasks with a sense of wellbeing and decreased stress levels!

An experienced international public speaker, Nadine can deliver a wellbeing session to fit your schedule slot. This could be a motivating talk around wellness or she could lead your team in a chair based mindfulness meditation.
If getting everyone moving is more your aim, then Nadine can design a breakout yoga flow to fit any session length and the postures will be kept low impact so everyone remains sweat free whilst feeling like they have done a workout.

Each session is tailored to you and your priorities. If you are a beginner we’ll work through some traditional yoga postures and ensure correct alignment. Once these fundamentals are established we can build from there with no rush and no pressure. Private sessions are good for building confidence.
Pranayama (breathwork) and meditation can also be incorporated for a holistic wellbeing practice and every private class enjoys a tailored essential oil experience!

This is a stillness class, not a movement class. Yoga Nidra promotes deep relaxation and meditation, shifting your brain waves from a beta state (awakened with lots of brain activity) to an alpha state (relaxed, restorative and restful).
This powerful process is accessed in the evening via Zoom, from the comfort of your own home so you can benefit from moving directly to a chilled out evening or even straight to restful sleep.
Nadine will hold the space and guide the class through 40 minutes of mood boosting relaxation for a dreamy post practice glow.

Yoga in Normanton, West Yorkshire (Weekly)
Classes are held in person at Dance House, Normanton. The hour long session is a classic Hatha yoga class which will concentrate on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and gaining strength and flexibility.
We will adopt both a sun salutation flow and sustained static poses during the class to build stamina and balance whilst matching the breath to the movements helps to achieve presence within the moment, and promotes stress reduction.
