An experienced international public speaker, Nadine can deliver a wellbeing session to fit your schedule slot. This could be a motivating talk around mindset for change or she could lead your team in a chair based meditation.

If getting everyone moving is more your aim, then Nadine can design a breakout yoga flow to fit any session length and the postures will be kept low impact so everyone remains sweat free whilst feeling like they have moved their bodies and shifted energy.

Private Group Yoga / ‘Ad-hoc’ sessions

Private ‘one-off’ sessions are available upon request. (West Yorkshire area or further afield with travel and hotel covered).

The ultimate wellness experience; book a private class for any number of guests (you provide the guest list and the space, I’ll bring the yoga!) Whatever you are celebrating, I’ll celebrate with you: Birthdays, Hen parties, Office ceremonies, Mini-festivals. What better way to mark an occasion than bringing the endorphins and a post-yoga glow to everyone?

Pranayama (breath work) and meditation can also be incorporated for a holistic wellbeing practice and every private class enjoys a tailored essential oil experience and Savasana massage (subject to numbers).

Yoga Nidra: Cosy Club

This is a stillness class, not a movement class. Yoga Nidra promotes deep relaxation and meditation, shifting your brain waves from a beta state (awakened with lots of brain activity) to an alpha state (relaxed, restorative and restful).

This powerful process is Nadine’s Cosy Club! A monthly 90 minute mood boosting relaxation held during British Winter Time only (October to March).

Yoga in Normanton, West Yorkshire (Weekly)

My in person group class in Normanton takes place on Sunday morning 10:00 to 11:00am. This class is currently full with a wait list. The best way to access yoga by Nadine Hill is with a digital option.

Location: Normanton, WF6. UK

This class has limited space, is booked monthly and pre booking is essential. To enquire about joining the group, please contact Nadine. You will need your own yoga mat. If you don’t have one, I recommend these reasonably priced mats from Amazon.

Yoga on Demand (Various classes)

Yoga anytime, any place, anywhere. Receive the latest yoga class recording by email to do at home via Zoom. Once purchased the link will remain active for three days so you can use it as many times as you wish within this period.

For yogis looking for the practice of a regular weekly flow, my Empowerment Yoga subscription is for you. Each Wednesday a new class is recorded and sent by email to you so you can flow from home on a weekly basis. Join my affirmation sprinkled yoga class at a time to suit you (the link lasts 3 days), and the class content is different each week.

For something more nurturing and slow, why not try these On Demand classes: Restorative Yoga or Yin by Candlelight. It really is a nice way to take an hour for yourself. The ultimate in self care.
