In-person weekly yoga class in Normanton. This class is very popular.

The hour long session is a classic Hatha yoga class which will concentrate on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and gaining strength and flexibility.

Suitable for beginners and yogis of all levels, this one hour class starts with an easy warm up to loosen muscles and joints then moves into traditional yoga postures which will stretch and strengthen the body. Some balances are included to focus the mind and strengthen the core before finishing with a lovely, calming relaxation. Take time for yourself each weekend with a one hour yoga flow of mindful movement.

Date and time: Sunday morning 10:00 – 11:00 am GMT.

Location: Woodhouse Community Centre, Corner of Queen Elizabeth Drive and Cypress Road, Normanton, WF6 1JH

Price: £10 per class (drop-in price) Discounts are available for block bookings.

Dress code: Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. Workout leggings and vest are ideal. Bring a yoga mat (and water bottle if required).

When you get the ‘Thank you for your order’ email with your order number on it, this is confirmation that you have been added to the class list for that week. 

Before your first class please can you complete the new student form? You will only need to do this once. Thank you so much!

By booking a class you confirm that you have read and understood the Health and Safety Declaration / Waiver which can be found on the website.

All sales are final and failure to turn up to class will not be refunded or rescheduled.

 

2: Turn up on the day and pay cash at the door.

You can drop in without prior notice with a cash payment on the door.

If you choose this option then please arrive at the venue at least 10 minutes before the class starts, for a quick chat about any injuries / your level of yoga experience and to unroll your mat! The doors are locked at 09:55am and the class starts promptly at 10am.

Drop ins are welcome, subject to availability. If the class becomes full then the door will be closed earlier than the 09:55am cut off – the best way to secure your place is with an advance booking.
