The month of hour long sessions are classic Hatha yoga classes which will concentrate on releasing tension, gaining strength and flexibility and increasing overall wellbeing.

Perfect for busy people who want to exercise at a time to suit their schedule, people who cannot get to a gym or studio, or who prefer to work out in privacy at home. These classes are taught as if you are in the studio, with all the prompts and modifications you would expect and the pacing of the class has a nice rhythm with a warm up, energy building part, core strength postures, balances and a cool down, ending with an enjoyable relaxation.

Class: Empowerment Yoga: One calendar month of classes, delivered to your inbox via Zoom

Date and time:  Each week I record a fresh new yoga class from my private studio. You will receive your digital recording by 5pm UK time every Wednesday for one calendar month. Set a reminder to purchase this again next month if you wish to continue your subscription.

Price: £35 for the month. For context, the individual class price is £10 per class (GBP) and this subscription ensures you receive a discount by block booking in advance. For purchases from outside of the UK, simply add to basket and proceed to checkout. PayPal will automatically convert the transaction into your own local currency.

NOTE: Regarding the timing of your purchase. It makes sense to purchase this subscription towards the end of a month in preparation for the next calendar month. If you can place your order BEFORE the first Wednesday of the month then you will receive all the classes for that month. If one Wednesday has already passed at the time of purchase then your subscription will start with the following complete calendar month. Feel free to reach out with any questions. (Digital on demand yoga classes are available here if you don’t want to wait until the next full month – OR you can email me to arrange to join in partway through the month. You’d need to Bank Transfer £10 per class for however many classes remain that month.)

 

What you’ll need: Wear comfortable clothes that you can move freely in. Workout leggings and vest are ideal. Use a yoga mat and have your water bottle handy. Carve out an hour of time and try to be in a space where you can be undisturbed for the class, to get the most from the relaxation at the end!

 

Description:

The hour long session is a classic Hatha yoga class which will concentrate on releasing tension, connecting with the breath and gaining strength and flexibility as well as feeding your mind empowering thoughts. As yoga encompasses mind, body and soul this class touches each. Affirmation and mantra are used alongside asana to help you connect within, during the flow.

Suitable for beginners and yogis of all levels, we start with an easy warm up to loosen muscles and joints then moves into traditional yoga postures which will stretch and strengthen the body. Some balances are included to focus the mind and strengthen the core before finishing with a lovely, calming relaxation, often using seasonal prompts to reflect and connect with natures changing rhythms. Take time for yourself each week with a one hour yoga flow of mindful movement, from the comfort of your own home.

 

Booking Information:

The class is online via Zoom and you will receive a link and passcode to access the latest class each Wednesday.

Workout at whatever time suits you! The class will be recorded every Wednesday and sent to you by 5pm so you can do it that evening or the next day. The class link is valid for 3 days and you can revisit the class as many times as you like until the link expires.

You will be able to see the instructor on the screen to follow along but the instructor will not be able to offer personalised adjustments. (This is a recording). However Nadine’s teaching style is very descriptive and you’ll find you can do the class from verbal cues only, using the screen as a visual back up.

Due to the digital nature of this product:  All sales are final and failure to use the link will not be refunded or rescheduled.

If you experience any technical issues accessing this class, please email Nadine who could offer an alternative class recording. But it is recommended that you familiarise yourself with Zoom before the first class to avoid any potential issues.
